Our Focused Booking Structure
We specialise in high-quality stays that last 5 days or less. Bookings exceeding five consecutive nights please get in contact with us via email.

Short-Stay Up to 8 Hours $60 Ideal for day trips, long lunches, or special events. This is the minimum charge for any booking. (note thermal bath bookings are inclusive of option to utilise Dog Rainforest Retreat up to 3 hours while enjoying Thermal Bath Experience).
Standard Daily Rate over 8 Hours, up to 24 Hours $70 Per Day Covers overnight stays and any full-day booking exceeding 8 hours of care. This rate includes the full, individualised rainforest retreat experience.

Maximum Dog Capacity Itsinya has 2 enclosures 1 of which is always left free for potential Thermal Bath clients dogs should they require. A maximum of one guest dogs is permitted on the premises at any given time to ensure highly personalised care (if 2dogs from one family this may be an exception). All bookings must be preapproved and designed for personalised care.
Guest Requirements All dogs must be fully house-trained and free from separation anxiety, excessive barking, or destructive behaviour.
Health & Safety Proof of current C5 vaccination (or equivalent) and up-to-date flea/tick/worming treatments must be provided prior to check-in.
Refusal of Entry Itsinya reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog showing signs of illness, undisclosed aggression, or excessive anxiety, with deposit forfeited.
Any Veterinary expenses for illness, injury, relating to pre-existing conditions sustained by the dog during its stay remains the Owner's responsibility. Any accident or new illness is covered under our comprehensive veterinary insurance.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings to be paid in full at time of booking and are subject to forfeiture of 50% if less than 7 days notice is given.
